Choose the rebate path that applies
Standard and Charge Ahead rebates cannot be combined. Charge Ahead is limited to qualifying low- and moderate-income households and eligible nonprofit low-income service providers.
Income-qualified applicants
Household income must be below 400% of the federal poverty guideline. A prequalification voucher is required to use Charge Ahead at the dealership.
Used EV and PHEV rebates
Used PHEVs can receive up to $2,500. Used BEVs receive at least $2,500 and up to the lesser of $4,000 or 30% of the vehicle price, subject to program rules.

Use the rebate at purchase
Roger Kehdi Mitsubishi participates in the Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program. Eligible customers can use the point-of-sale process when the program and applicant requirements are met.
Confirm your program
Use Standard for an eligible new vehicle without income qualification, or Charge Ahead if you meet the current income and applicant requirements.
Get a Charge Ahead voucher
If you plan to use Charge Ahead at the time of purchase or lease, complete Oregon's prequalification process before the transaction.
Choose an eligible vehicle
Confirm the vehicle and applicant requirements, then complete the qualifying purchase or lease while the 2026 program window is open.
Used-vehicle requirements matter. A used vehicle must meet Oregon's title, operability and electric-range rules. A used PHEV must also remain within the required 15-year / 150,000-mile emissions-component warranty period for the required ownership term. Final rebate eligibility is determined by Oregon DEQ and the program administrator.
